We accept returns for any reason, but please briefly explain why you want to return the product so that we can continue to work on doing better. Currently, we are unable to return products that have been exchanged once.
To initiate a return, please click the link or email us to return the product within 30 days of receiving the item. Your request will be queued and our team will contact you shortly. We will do our best to pick up the product to be returned through our courier partners. If we cannot find a courier partner to pick up from your location, then we request that you self-ship the product to the original shipping address through the courier partner of your choice.
Once the package is shipped, please email us the courier receipt. When returning your purchased product, please work with the designated courier service provider to collect your return item.
One-time items are not eligible for returns. If you used any promotional code or discount code at the time of purchase, we will only refund the adjusted amount. However, if the order meets our exchange policy, we will process the exchange.
If there is a shipping charge in your order, it will not be refunded. You can see the shipping charge in the invoice.
*Also note that the courier service provider needs to inspect the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be returned. The verification process includes checking the tags, checking for usage and damage.
Exchanges
We only allow exchanges for new and unworn or washed items. Products that have been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

When exchanging your purchased product, please cooperate with the designated courier service provider to pick up your replacement product.
Please also note that the courier service provider needs to inspect the product for verification purposes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
